HENRI Hotels Garmisch-Partenkirchen is seeking a temporary building services assistant (m/f/d) to help keep our Bavarian hotel in top condition. You will handle rounds, monitor systems, and support maintenance tasks with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Entry-level maintenance awareness or practical aptitude is helpful.
• Willingness to perform routine building care and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspection rounds in the hotel and monitor building and technical systems.
• Identify and report technical faults and defects to the managers.
• Assist with minor repair, maintenance and painting work as needed.
• Assist with supervision and coordination of external tradespeople and maintenance teams.

Whether it’s a light bulb smoking, the heating leaking, the ventilation system roaring or just the kitchen table wobbling… the building services assistant (m/f/d) has seen it all; there isn’t a single building-related niggle they haven’t come across yet. They can fix just about anything and would never leave the house without their toolbox.

In other words:

• Carrying out regular inspection rounds in the hotel and assisting with the monitoring of building and technical systems
• Identifying and reporting technical faults and defects to the relevant managers
• Assisting with minor repair and maintenance work, as well as painting work where necessary
• Assisting with the supervision and coordination of external tradespeople and maintenance companies
