Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a mission-driven Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to support members through virtual care. You will join a global provider network offering holistic nutrition guidance across 30+ specialties, leveraging Maven’s secure telehealth platform for video visits and messaging.

As a part-time 1099 contractor, you’ll provide 1:1 nutrition counseling and collaborate with the Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or RD.
• Residing in the United States.
• Part-time independent contractor (~5 hours/week).
• 2+ years telehealth experience.
• Experience providing 1:1 nutrition counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care via 20-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
• Capture encounter summaries in MPractice.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery team for referrals and follow-ups.
• Advocate Maven’s care model and culturally humble care.

About This Role:

Maven is looking for a mission‑driven, empathetic Registered Dietician (RD or RDN) to support our members through virtual care services.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 20‑minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, including guidance on:
  • Weight management, including weight loss, weight gain, and GLP‑1 medication support
  • Prenatal, postpartum, and fertility nutrition
  • Gestational diabetes
  • Nausea, low appetite, and strategies for reintroducing food tolerance
  • PCOS‑related nutrition and metabolic support
• Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in‑person referrals and follow‑ups
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

Who You Are:

• Must be a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietician (RD)
• Must be residing in the United States
• Possess the ability to provide direct member care for ~5 hours per week. This is a part‑time, independent contractor role (1099 position)
• Must have experience providing 1:1 nutrition counseling in a private practice setting
• Must have 2+ years of prior experience in the telehealth space. Must be comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
• Strong interest in women’s health or reproductive nutrition strongly preferred
