Deutsche Telekom AG’s in-house Telekom Strategy Consulting team invites you to lead cross-functional project teams and shape transformation programs across Europe. You will develop actionable strategies, drive organizational change, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years in strategy consulting, experience in HR processes/digitalization or HR IT, and fluent German and English (C1).

Responsibilities

You lead project teams of 3-6 consultants and, together with them, manage central strategy and transformation projects. You work independently with TSC partners and clients and actively shape program and project structures on the client side. You develop, together with relevant stakeholders, clear target pictures, structure projects so that they can be implemented successfully, and create sustainable impact. You define actionable strategies for organizations and transformations (Organizational design, Change Management, digitalization, HR Digitalization and Automation) and support their implementation pragmatically and effectively. You continuously grow through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks.

Profile

You bring leadership experience and four to five years of professional experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record in developing digital strategies and implementing transformation programs. You bring experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Processes & Digitalization, Organizational Development, and HR IT. You are highly familiar with modern organizational models and agile ways of working (e.g. agile organizations, network structures, holocracy). You understand how to use AI both as a practical tool for your work and as a driver of transformation initiatives. You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1). You work confidently with different stakeholders, including at senior level, and represent your positions clearly, soundly and persuasively. You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.
