The Purpose

Be the hero for our high-value clients and a guardian of our platform's reliability and security. As a 1st-Responder on our elite 32-person TechOps team, you will be on the frontline, ensuring a smooth and secure experience with our cutting-edge payment platform. You will troubleshoot technical issues, master key tools, and collaborate with experts across the company, including our security team, to resolve incidents and keep our systems safe. This is your launchpad for a successful career in fintech and security operations.

Your impact in this role
  • Be the first line of defence: Troubleshoot technical issues and security incidents to ensure clients receive top-notch support and that the platform remains secure.
  • Master our monitoring tools: Use DataDog to proactively identify and resolve problems, keeping the platform running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with experts: Work with Engineering, Security, Product and Support teams to find solutions, improve the platform, and respond to security events.
  • Become a product expert: Master PPRO's products and guide users with your knowledge while contributing to the security of our systems.
