Your Role

In the role of Technology Analyst you are responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; installing and maintaining End User Computing equipment; and ensuring users can effectively utilize technology to perform their roles. You will collaborate with talented teams to create innovative high-quality, defect-free solutions that meet client business needs. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to internal users for end user computing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows, Microsoft Office).
  • Support enterprise tools and remote access technologies (VPN, Citrix, etc.).
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Document issues, solutions, and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support for end user devices.
  • Strong ability to logically assess software and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows, Microsoft Office).
  • Provide support for enterprise tools and remote access technologies (VPN, Citrix, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SCCM, imaging, and software deployment.
  • Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow.
  • Document issues, solutions, and maintain a knowledge base with clear communication.
Preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products including Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune.
  • Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange Online.
  • Audio/visual system setup and support for meeting rooms.
  • Network device configuration with remote assistance.
