Qualifikationen

• More than 3 years of work experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, or related products.
• Ideally experience in the automotive or electronic industry.
• Hands-on mentality with a strong affinity for lab work.

What you´ll do

Planning and execution of lab work for the development of new products for the automotive industry, e.g. in the area of electronic materials based on thermosets like epoxies

Record, organize and communicate results / data from experiments and testing in accordance with quality standards

Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release

Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies

Support manufacturing to ensure new products meet all quality criteria

Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences

More than 3 years of work experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, sealants or related products, ideally in the automotive or electronic industry
