- Helping to develop staff and product training courses in both face-to-face and digital formats, as well as internal and external workshops in the areas of production printing, colour management/profiling and workflow configuration
- Planning and organising up-to-date training courses (including digital content and training programmes), covering technology, materials and LMS administration
- Independent delivery of training courses, workshops and presentations for the relevant target groups, either in face-to-face sessions or using IT-supported methods (e.g. virtual classrooms) in Meerbusch or regionally, as well as corresponding follow-up
- Safeguarding specialist knowledge through close collaboration with specialists in incident and problem management, as well as with product specialists/managers
- Independent professional development and updating of knowledge in the areas of ISO and FOGRA standards, as well as colour management in general
- Maintenance and, where necessary, replacement of training equipment and infrastructure
Our requirements
- You have a technical or business administration degree, or equivalent qualifications
- You have at least 3–5 years’ professional experience in training management and possess in-depth knowledge of colour management, profiling and calibration
- Experience using software applications to create storyboard documentation, videos and animated drawings for the design of training courses
- Excellent communication skills and creativity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
- An independent, structured and organised approach to work
- Team spirit for trusting collaboration with internal and external partners
- Very good written and spoken English and German
