KLEINER GmbH in Baden-Württemberg sucht einen FURNISHING & TRAINING SPECIALIST (M/F/D) für Stamping und Forming Technology. Sie übernehmen zu ca. 50% die Einrichtung von Stanzmaschinen, testen Teile und dokumentieren Prüfergebnisse. Zusätzlich führen Sie als Ausbilder praktische Übungen und Prüfungen durch.

Sie bringen eine entsprechende Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Einrichten von Stanzmaschinen mit. AEVO-Schein ist wünschenswert; Teamfähigkeit und pädagogische Fähigkeiten sind gefragt.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im relevanten Fachgebiet.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einrichten von Stanz- und Umformautomaten.
• Geeignet als Ausbilder (AEVO) wünschenswert.
• Pädagogische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Einrichten und Demontieren von Stanzmaschinen (ca. 50% der Arbeitszeit).
• Praktische Ausbildung in Stanz- und Umformtechnik gemäß Ausbildungsordnung.
• Dokumentation des Ausbildungsfortschritts und Schülerbetreuung.

FURNISHING & TRAINING SPECIALIST (M/F/D) STAMPING AND FORMING TECHNOLOGY

YOUR TASKS:

Setup technician (approx. 50% of working time)

• Setting up and dismantling the punching machines
• Testing, production and packaging of stamped parts in series production
• Measuring the punched parts according to specifications
• Installation of tools and testing of production safety

Instructor for industrial metalworking professions (approx. 50% of working time)

• Organization and implementation of practical training for stamping and forming mechanics, etc., according to the training regulations.
• Technical instruction on machines, training in occupational safety and quality
• Preparation for intermediate and final exams, coordination with vocational school and chambers of commerce
• Documentation of training progress

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator, punching and forming mechanic or toolmaker specializing in punching and forming technology
• Several years of professional experience in setting up die-cutting machines, ideally on Bruderer and/or Haulick & Roos die-cutting machines
• Suitability as a trainer, ideally AEVO (German Training of Trainers Ordinance)
• Pedagogical skills, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
