Technical support (m / f / d) transport logistics

Responsibilities

• As a central contact person, you will support colleagues with questions and challenges relating to software and hardware (MDE devices) in transport logistics.


• The functionality of existing interfaces is reliably ensured and future interfaces are professionally configured.


• We actively support you in the selection of new software and hardware solutions.


• You will be responsible for maintaining central master data and user administration for the transport logistics software.


• You will train new colleagues on existing process flows in systems.


• You prepare relevant evaluations from the transport logistics software for the month-end closing.

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m / f / d), business administrator (m / f / d) for digitization management or a comparable qualification.


• Your first professional experience in IT support, ideally in a logistics environment, has given you valuable practical knowledge.


• You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and are familiar with working with databases such as MS SQL.


• Your knowledge of transport management systems (e.g. PraCar, SAP TM) and other supporting software solutions (e.g. SPEDION, TachoWeb) is an advantage.


• You have the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way and thus provide optimal support to colleagues.


• Your reliability, commitment and excellent communication skills make you a valued contact person.
