Aufgaben

• Handle and document incoming service tickets and technical inquiries from customers, end-users, and field technicians.
• Provide remote (phone/email) technical support, and coordinate service visits with a tailored action plan when needed.
• Support field technicians in domestic and international locations.
• Verify completed work administratively and assist with billing and invoicing processes.
• Evaluate warranty claims with root cause analysis and prepare billing advice.
• Categorize service orders for reporting and translate incidents into structural product issues.
• Draft root cause analysis reports and submit data-driven improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate with technicians and service coordinators regarding on-site activities.
• Engage with customers, partners, and field service providers as needed.
• Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and define best practices.
• Supervise junior team members or interns.

What will you do?

As a Technical Support Employee at Alfen, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining our field operations and support processes, specifically focused on EV Charging Equipment (EVCE). Your responsibilities include coordinating service activities, offering first-line technical support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Your contributions will directly support Alfen's mission to accelerate the energy transition through innovative and reliable EV charging solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Handling and documenting incoming service tickets and technical inquiries from customers, end-users, and field technicians.
