A leading tech startup in Munich is seeking a Technical Supply Chain Lead to build and oversee the hardware supply chain for advanced Unmanned Systems. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in supply chain management, a strong technical background in electronics, and the motivation to drive projects from prototype to production. This role offers competitive salary, equity options, and the opportunity for remote work.
We are an early-stage startup funded by leading European VCs with the mission to build advanced small Unmanned Systems to strengthen European sovereignty and security.
We are hiring a Technical Supply Chain Lead to build and own our hardware supply chain with a strong focus on electronics, from prototype to series production. You understand how complex hardware comes together, from PCBAs and wiring harnesses to sensors and assemblies, and you want to turn early designs into scalable, reliable supply chains.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and external partners to drive sourcing, supplier management, and production readiness. You will shape our supplier ecosystem, set up sourcing strategies, and balance immediate build needs with the structure required for future growth.
This is a hands on, pragmatic role for a builder who knows how to make things happen and wants to own the full journey from prototype to production.
Twentyfour Industries is committed to building a fair, inclusive, and high-performance workplace where people from all backgrounds can contribute and thrive. Our team brings together individuals with different perspectives, experiences, and skills to shape the future of European security and technology.
All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of gender, age, disability, ethnic or social origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable European or national law.
We particularly welcome applications from individuals who are underrepresented in the technology and defense sector, including women, people with disabilities, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
