Job summary

SE3 Labs is seeking a Technical Site Manager to act as the operational backbone, owning core admin processes across multiple offices and functions, and supporting leadership to keep the team focused and moving quickly.

You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) and Lukas Höffner (Hardware Lead), coordinating logistics between our Munich office and testing facilities while driving events and offsites. A hands-on, proactive mindset is essential in this dynamic, AI-powered environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administrative workflows with the leadership to keep the business running.
• Coordinate logistics between the Munich office and testing facilities for hardware and prototypes.
• Plan and execute team events and offsites to strengthen team culture.
• Sparring partner for all departments, helping to automate and enhance operations with AI.
• Lead special operational projects, including opening new offices across Europe and coordinating international military exercise participation.
• Take on unbounded responsibilities to address critical gaps and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

About SE3 - Technical Site Manager

SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models (LLMs). We believe the ability to reason about and act within physical space is foundational to unlocking the next generation of automation, from construction to smart infrastructure, and ultimately, defense.

Now, we’re building the physical platform to bring Spatial AI to life. That means high-performance, real-world robotic systems (starting with UAVs) and we’re looking for a hands‑on workplace manager who’s ready to own hands‑on operations at SE3.

About the Role

As Technical Site Manager at SE3 Labs, you will be the operational backbone that keeps our fast-moving company running smoothly. You will own core administrative processes across multiple offices and functions (e.g. finance, people operations, workplace operations, procurement), support leadership in day-to-day operations, and ensure that the team can work with focus and speed. You are in charge of building the execution functions with the leadership around the company.

You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) & Lukas Höffner (Hardware Lead), gaining insight into how a deep-tech company operates from the inside.

Your Responsibilities

• Own daily administrative workflows: You are in charge of keeping the operational side of the business up and running together with the leadership.

• Coordinate logistics between our Munich office and testing facilities: You ensure smooth operational processes for hardware, equipment, and prototypes delivery.

• Plan and execute team events and offsites: You play a vital organisational part for the team culture by planning and organising the team events. You will build the execution machinery to make it happen.

• Sparring partner for all departments: We are building an AI-first company, your input on operations across functions serves as valuable starting point to automate and enhance all functions to the max with AI.

• Special operational projects: You make sure that operationally opening new offices runs smoothly across Europe. Furthermore, you support with coordination and logistics of national and international military exercise participations and testing campaigns.

• Unbounded responsibilities: If you see critical things not happening, you take additional responsibility and make sure nothing falls under the table.

2. 2nd Interview - virtual, 30 minutes with Michael, Chief of Staff
