Spleenlab is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to lead a KPI-driven sales organization and establish a professional CRM at our Saalburg-Ebersdorf site. You will analyze existing customer potential and actively acquire new customers, shaping sales strategies for targeted markets.

You will prepare and negotiate offers, contribute to product specifications, and perform market and competitive analyses. Travel will be a regular part of the role, and you will train customers on our software

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master degree in technical/commercial studies or corresponding vocational training with a technical background.
• Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated software products.
• Negotiation skills and diplomatic competence.
• Very good English skills.
• High willingness to travel.
• Experience in Automotive or Defense is a plus.
• Competence in business development.
