To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you are a trusted partner for our customers, identifying and understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. With your expertise, you inspire confidence and are perceived as a valuable advisor. The position is based at the CodeWrights office in Karlsruhe.

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks :
  • You are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to closing the deal.
  • You focus on strategically positioning our solutions with both new and existing customers – nationally and internationally.
  • You acquire new customers and actively develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • You independently prepare offers and conduct price and contract negotiations.
  • You put your ideas into action by working closely with our portfolio and development teams to create tailored concepts that deliver real value to our customers.
  • You conduct customer visits and represent the company at trade fairs – including on an international level.
Your qualifications :
  • You understand how technical sales works – ideally in a software or IT environment
  • You have a solid grasp of complex technical contexts and digital business processes
  • You possess fluent English skills and are willing to travel internationally (with no visa restrictions)
  • You are a communicative, outgoing personality with a confident presence, strong presentation skills, and persuasive abilities
  • You are a true team player, but also work independently and goal-oriented toward closing deals
  • You have experience across the entire sales process – from acquisition and proposal creation to successful deal closure
