Your Impact

• Develop comprehensive technical plans for new installations, including projector placement, mounting systems, cabling, and equipment layouts.
• Evaluate venue conditions using architectural drawings, measurements, and site photos to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Understand material limitations and load-bearing capacities to specify safe and suitable installation methods.
• Coordinate with internal technical and creative teams, external contractors, and local venue technicians to gather all project requirements.
• Prepare detailed documentation (layouts, schematics, equipment lists, and assembly notes) for installation teams.
• Oversee project logistics, including scheduling, shipping coordination, and equipment tracking.
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Provide remote technical support during installation and commissioning phases when required.

Your profile

• Proven experience in technical project planning, event technology, AV integration, or installation design.
• Strong understanding of projection systems, mounting hardware, and construction materials.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling or CAD tools (e.g., SketchUp, Mapping Matter, AutoCAD).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and produce technical documentation and architectural plans.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects across different time zones.
• Collaborative mindset with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and creative teams.
