Zusammenfassung

EGYM, Munich-based global fitness tech leader, seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive market launches of the EGYM ecosystem products. You will own cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Legal, Tax, Supply Chain and Commercial to ensure timely launches in new markets.

You will lead end-to-end execution, manage requirements, and report progress to stakeholders until successful market launch. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Travel 20–25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field with 4+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep understanding of hardware and software product development from discovery to deployment.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tech.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus; willing to travel up to 20–25%.

Your daily workout

• Requirements & Discovery: You gather all market-specific requirements, e.g, regional certifications, trade regulations, localization needs, etc
• Roadmap & Cross-Functional Alignment: You partner with all stakeholders (e.g, Engineering, Legal, Tax, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc) to define clear launch goals and set up realistic execution roadmaps
• Go-to-Market & Execution Ownership: You drive the end-to-end implementation and GTM rollout of our EGYM products across new international growth markets
• Project Health & Status Reporting: You proactively resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, monitor project progress, and regularly report status updates to keep all stakeholders aligned until launch closure

Your fitness level

• Technical & Educational Background: You have a degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, combined with 4+ years of technical program management experience (ideally in compliance or international launches)
• End-to-End & HW Ownership: You gained deep understanding of hardware and software product development with a strong hands-on mentality to drive projects from discovery to deployment
• Stakeholder Leadership & Mindset: You have a proven track record in orchestrating cross-functional teams (Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tech) while thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Mobility & Languages: You are fluent in English (German is a plus) and are ready to travel up to 20–25% to target markets, production, or supplier sites

Your training goal for the first 6 month

• Integration & Networks: You are fully integrated into the Hardware Engineering department, navigating our tools, processes, and teams with confidence
• Cross-Functional: You’ve established strong day-to-day working relationships across EGYM departments
• End-to-End Execution: You’ve assumed full ownership of at least one project, driving it through our workflows from start to finish
