Your role

As Technical Project Manager (f/m/d/x) you will work hands-on with cross-functional technical teams and senior stakeholders to achieve broad company objectives such as decreasing our carbon emissions or improving our customer experience etc.. Using your communication, problem-solving, project management know-how and technical knowledge, you will help product and engineering leads bring complex changes to life. You will also help promote a culture of learning, feedback, ownership and continuous improvement.

• This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible).

Your area of responsibility

• You initiate and own complex objectives that span across multiple cross-functional domains (operations, culinary product & customer)
• You manage roadmaps and support tech product teams in maintaining their product backlogs and delivery schedules
• You identify and communicate risks that can affect timelines of initiatives
• You measure process efficiencies, gaps and drive improvements across cross-functional teams
• You coordinate communication across multiple teams and projects - both in our local DACH market and globally
• You promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback and improvement
• You increase visibility on the work that needs to be done and share progress with the cross-functional domains you work with

Your profile

• You have 3+ years of working experience in an agile software development team as a technical project or program manager, delivery lead, or scrum master
• You have worked with a range of agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Scrumban
• You have experience using delivery metrics (Little’s Law, Kanban, Accelerate Four Key Metrics) to plan projects, find out and fix problems with software delivery
• You have experience with technical documentation and navigate tools like Confluence, GitLab, JIRA highly confidently
• You had exposure to relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), and you are comfortable running simple queries in SQL to quickly pull insights from our data warehouse
• Ideally you have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• Ideally, you have understanding of Lambda architecture or data streaming services
• You speak English fluently and ideally also German
