Position: Technical Project and Supplier Manager

Location: Kassel, Germany

Type: Weekly 35 Hours

Task:

Project Planning and Coordination: Developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and adjusting project objectives to changing conditions.

Technical Support: Ensuring that all technical aspects meet requirements, including engineering change management, technical risk analysis, and documentation of new products.

Supplier Management: Selecting, evaluating, and coordinating suppliers; ensuring on-time delivery and quality of components; maintaining close communication with national and international partners.

Team Leadership and Communication: Leading interdisciplinary teams; motivating project members; communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Risk Management: Identifying technical risks; developing solution strategies; and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
