IC Resources in Berlin is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a cutting-edge silicon-photonics radar system project. You will oversee complex hardware programs spanning ASIC/FPGA IP, chip and SOC delivery, coordinating multiple engineering disciplines.

You will engage with external development partners and suppliers, manage long-lead components, and drive clarity in undefined areas, using practical PM methods.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management of complex hardware (ASIC / FPGA based IP, Chip, SOC delivery projects) products, spanning multiple engineering disciplines.
• Previous, proven tape-out experience.
• Knowledge of Silicon.
• Demonstrated ability to run programs involving custom silicon, RF/microwave hardware, or photonics — you can follow a technical design review and ask the right questions.
• Experience managing external development partners and supply-chain programs (foundries, EMS, component suppliers, subcontractors), including long-lead-time planning.
• Strong command of program management methods and tools, applied pragmatically rather than dogmatically.
• Comfortable building structure in an environment where not everything is defined yet — you create clarity without waiting for it.
• Excellent communication in English; able to translate between engineering detail and management-level status.

Technical Program Manager – new position available, working for a cutting-edge start-up who are developing a new Silicon-Photonics based radar system.

*FOR THIS JOB, YOU MUST HAVE - experience of ASIC / FPGA IP, chip, SOC delivery projects, as you will be involved in technical discussions with ASIC design teams.

Must-have
