What you will do

• Take full ownership of the technical core domain of the chargecloud OS and ensure sustained progress across all related topics
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing autonomously with architecture, strategy, and product vision in mind
• Define and refine requirements with engineering leads and relevant stakeholders; translate complex technical dependencies into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
• Manage and balance requirements from internal and external stakeholders, including compliance and security needs
• Prioritize and scope initiatives that improve scalability, performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Maintain and communicate a technical roadmap that balances innovation, maintainability, and stability
• Ensure transparent cross-team collaboration and alignment; support pilots, rollouts, and continuous improvements
• Work as part of a Scrum team, iteratively delivering new capabilities and improving existing ones

Your profile

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role within a SaaS or platform environment
• Strong understanding of software systems and concepts (e.g. APIs, service-oriented architectures, cloud infrastructure)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• Structured, organized, decisive; calm and pragmatic with changing priorities and dependencies
• Excellent German and English, spoken and written
