• Proficiency in structured documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams.
• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Technical English.

• Serve as the final approval point for Engineering deliverables before they are returned to the requesting area
• Act as the technical liaison between business areas and development teams
• Proactively identify technical, scope, or dependency risks across systems
• Prioritize and negotiate deadlines and capacity with Engineering and Product/Business leadership

Requirements

• Senior experience (5+ years) in Requirements Analysis/Technical Product Lead roles, with direct and sustained collaboration with engineering/development teams
• Autonomy to validate, approve, or return requests and deliverables based on technical criteria
• Functional knowledge of REST/JSON APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of data flows between integrated systems
• Proficiency in structured documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams
