WMF GmbH, part of Groupe SEB, is seeking a Technical Product Designer (m/w/d) on a fixed-term basis for 2 years. The role focuses on design development of parts and assemblies, with Solid Edge CAD, tolerance calculations, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will maintain data in PLM and SAP, ensure change management, and contribute to development documentation. English proficiency and a systematic, independent work style are essential.

What you can expect

• Design development and detailing of individual parts and assemblies based on requirements, sketches and concepts using 3D CAD (Solid Edge)
• Performing calculations for dimensioning and tolerancing
• Creation of development-related design documentation such as specifications, bills of materials, drawings, presentations, etc.
• Execution of change management activities
• Maintenance of data in various systems such as PLM (pro.file), ERP (SAP) and SharePoint
• Close collaboration with the entire development team and related departments

What you need to succeed with us

• Completed vocational training as a technical product designer or technical draftsperson
• Experience in creating 3D models and technical drawings/documents in the field of device development / precision engineering and plastic components
• Confident handling of Solid Edge
• Experience with Geometrical Product Specification (GPS)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Independent and systematic way of working, strong team player
• Reliability and resilience
