Allegis Group seeks an experienced Technical Lead to drive deployment, commissioning and launch of advanced robotics, automation and autonomous systems in large-scale environments.

This hands-on role blends Robotics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Systems Integration and Technical Leadership to ensure successful on-site implementations and ongoing process improvements. The position requires coordinating engineers, leading cross-functional teams and delivering robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with robotics deployment, system integration, commissioning or automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems, hardware integration and troubleshooting.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the deployment, commissioning and launch of advanced robotics, automation and autonomous systems.

This is a hands-on role combining Robotics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Systems Integration and Technical Leadership in large-scale operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite robotics deployment, installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate engineers and cross-functional teams during launches.
• Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
• Manage hardware installations, firmware updates and system configurations.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage project progress, risks and technical escalations.
• Support teams through technical training and knowledge transfer.
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Your Background

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with robotics deployment, system integration, commissioning or automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems, hardware integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AMRs, AGVs, autonomous systems, machine vision, IoT or industrial automation is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor or automated fulfilment environments is advantageous.
