Zusammenfassung

IT-Systemhaus der Bundesagentur für Arbeit in Berlin seeks a Technical Lead (m/f/d) for Substation Design/Grid Integration in Data Center environments. You will own technical discussions with clients and internal teams and guide delivery of HV/MV/LV electrical systems.

You will develop specifications for substations, design primary plant layouts, and mentor the team while building trusted client relationships. Fluency in German and knowledge of German/EU standards are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical AC HV Plant infrastructure and equipment AIS/GIS.
• Proven experience in the German energy market with knowledge of local standards, grid codes and EU requirements.
• Fluency in German and familiarity with local delivery practices.
• Experience as a designer or project engineer.
• Proven experience delivering complex energy projects in Germany.
• Experience designing electrical infrastructure at concept/FEED/detailed design stages.
• Ability to work across multiple projects.
• Experience in technical report writing.
• Experience mentoring and growing team capabilities.
• Data Centre experience desirable.

Aufgaben
