Encore Global in München sucht eine/n Technical Supervisor for Event Technology, der/die die zentrale Ansprechstelle für Hotels und Endkunden in AV- und Medientechnik bildet.

Sie planen, koordinieren und führen hochwertige Events durch, erstellen Angebote und steuern externe Dienstleister. Führungs- und Umsatzverantwortung gehören dazu, verbunden mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Eventbereich.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Eventbranche, Fokus AV-Technik.
• Verkaufsorientiertes, geschäftsorientiertes Denken.

Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner für Hotels und Endkunden bei AV- und Medientechnik.
• Technische Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Events.
• Angebote erstellen und externe Dienstleister inkl. Logistik planen.
• Umsatzziele für Hotels planen, erreichen und überwachen.
• Personaleinsatz in enger Abstimmung mit dem Regional-Management.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regional-Management und Vertriebsleitern.
• Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung definierter Qualitätsstandards.

For our Munich office, we are seeking a

Technical Supervisor for Event Technology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You’ll serve as the central point of contact between hotels, end customers, regional management, and sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical execution of events, managing revenue targets, and coordinating staff and external service providers.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels and end customers on all AV and media technology matters
• Be responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events
• Prepare quotes and manage external service providers, including equipment and logistics planning
• Plan, manage, and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotels
• Coordinate staff scheduling in close collaboration with regional management
• Close collaboration with regional management and sales managers
• Ensuring and further developing defined quality standards

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed training as an event technology specialist, event management professional, or a degree in the event industry
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Sales-oriented and business-minded approach
• Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible work style
• Initial experience in managing employees
• High flexibility regarding work hours
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills
• Knowledge of Easyjob is a plus
