Adidas is seeking a Senior Specialist Workplace Management – Multimedia Event Services & Experience in Germany. This role delivers and supports event capabilities for executive events, townhalls, and hybrid formats, ensuring broadcast readiness, rehearsals, and smooth live delivery.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage technical setups, and document learnings for future service improvements. Strong English is required, with German beneficial for local delivery.

• Support Manager Events with event standards, peak preparation, external event company coordination input and risk visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure room readiness, technical stability and event peak support where required.
• Contribute to projects through event-space requirements, setup validation, rehearsals, pilot events and handover notes.
• Contribute to project delivery, acceptance and handover within the role’s service area.
• Support requirements clarification, readiness checks, documentation quality and project-to-operations transition.

The Senior Specialist Workplace Management – Multimedia Event Services & Experience delivers and supports the Event Services & Experience capability for the Multimedia & Events organisation in Germany. The role supports executive events, townhalls, hybrid formats, broadcast and streaming environments, event readiness, rehearsals, live delivery, event documentation and project handover input for event-capable spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support event preparation, rehearsals, technical setup, show operation, broadcast / streaming support, hybrid formats and event documentation.
• Support executive events, townhalls and business-critical event formats with a strong service and experience mindset.
• Perform event readiness checks, speaker support, event-space validation, equipment preparation and post-event lessons learned input.
• Support Manager Events with event standards, event peak preparation, external event company coordination input and risk visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure room readiness, technical stability and event peak support where required.
• Contribute to projects through event-space requirements, setup validation, rehearsals, pilot events, user acceptance input and event handover notes.
• Contribute to project delivery, acceptance and handover within the role’s service area.
• Support requirements clarification, readiness checks, documentation quality and project-to-operations transition where relevant.
• Ensure that project lessons learned are reflected in service standards, operational documentation and future service improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good understanding of corporate event environments, AV / multimedia systems, hybrid event tools, broadcast support and event readiness.
• Strong service mindset, structured preparation, calm issue handling and professional stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to document event setup, operational learnings, readiness issues and improvement actions.
• Good collaboration skills with Event Experience, Operations, Projects, Governance, Tech and external partners.
• Willingness to support project testing, acceptance, documentation and handover for event-capable spaces.
• Business English is required; German is beneficial for local service delivery.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Vocational qualification, technical training or equivalent experience in event technology, media technology, AV, broadcast, IT or related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the multimedia field.
• Experience in corporate event support, AV services, streaming, hybrid meeting support or comparable multimedia environments.
• Training in Dante, AVIXA CTS, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Shure, Yamaha, Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron or similar training is beneficial.
