Position: Technical Editor (m/f/d)

Location: Kiel, Germany

Tasks:

• Independently prepare practical and standards-compliant documentation in accordance with national and international regulations (e.g., H011, ASD S1000D, military specifications)
• Manage and monitor assigned work packages across departments
• Coordinate with internal and external departments, subcontractors, and customers
• Create progress reports covering performance, budget, and deadlines
• Prepare quantity structures and support the overall project management
• Review technical documentation directly on hardware

Requirements:

• Completed university degree or technician qualification in mechanical engineering or a comparable field; or several years of experience in spare parts documentation
• Knowledge of military technology andlogistics
• Basic knowledge of specifications B007 andS2000M
• Strong technical and logical thinking skills, as well as an understanding of economic contexts
• Hands‑on experience with tools used for creating spare parts documentation (e.g., RSPM, MATCONF)
• Good written and spoken English and German
• Willingness to travel
