The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Documentation Specialist to join a growing team in Berlin supporting inspection and materials testing projects.

Working closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams, you will be responsible for managing technical documentation, ensuring records are complete and compliant, and coordinating the delivery of documentation packages to clients.

This position would suit an individual with experience in document control, technical administration, quality documentation, or an engineering-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Commercial or technical qualification.
• Previous experience within Document Control, Technical Documentation, Quality Documentation, or Project Administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with complex technical documentation.
• Good technical understanding, ideally within an engineering, inspection, manufacturing, or quality environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Basic English language skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with technical reports, test records, certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Experience working in a quality-driven or regulated industry.
