The Güntner Group in Germany seeks a Content Manager who creates clear, technically accurate copy across websites, datasheets, case studies, brochures and sales tools. You will own the tone of voice and content governance to ensure consistency across brands.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and sales teams, translating complex HVAC technology into engaging messages in English and German, and support campaign storytelling with precise, audience-focused writing.

You are accountable for content governance ensuring every product sheet, web page, case study, and sales asset reflects our tone of voice, delivers correct information, and makes complex technology easy to understand.

• Write and edit compelling technical and marketing copy across multiple formats including websites, case studies, brochures, sales enablement tools, and product datasheets
• Develop and maintain the blueprint for product copy, ensuring a consistent tone, structure, and terminology across all brands
• Simplify complex technical information into clear, audience-focused messages
• Collaborate with agencies, product managers, engineers and sales experts to ensure content is both technically correct and commercially relevant
• Establish and maintain content governance standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all written materials
• Review and optimize content for clarity, usability, and impact. Also support campaign storytelling

Your Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economic subject with a focus on marketing, or completed training as a technical or commercial employee with a specialization in marketing
• Profound professional experience creating technical B2B content and managing tone of voice, product copy standards, and editorial quality
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience writing technical B2B content ideally in engineering, manufacturing, HVAC, or related industries (Alternatively) Experience in technical writing, content strategy, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and a love for well structured, purposeful writing
• Experience creating content across digital and print formats
• A passion for technology and the ability to simplify complexity without losing accuracy
• Business fluent language skills in both English and German, written and spoken
