Zusammenfassung

Omnisal GmbH ist am Standort Wittenberg-Piesteritz auf die Herstellung von wesentlichen Inhaltsstoffen und Funktionsverbindungen für Lebensmittel, Pharmazeutika und andere anspruchsvolle Anwendungen spezialisiert. Gesucht wird eine fachkundige Kraft für Wartung, Dokumentation und Prozessoptimierung.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Techniker-Ausbildung, mehrere Jahre chemische Industrieerfahrung sowie Deutsch C1 und Englisch B2 mit und arbeiten strukturiert, proaktiv und teamorientiert.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Techniker-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit technischem Verständnis.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in chemischer Industrie.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2); sicherer Umgang mit PC/Office.
• Organisatorisch, kommunikationsstark; Fähigkeit zur Moderation zwischen Technik, Betrieb und externen Partnern.
• Strukturiertes, sorgfältiges und proaktives Arbeiten, insbesondere bei Terminen/Inspektionsfristen.

Aufgaben

• Wartung und Strukturierung von Zeichnungen, Berichten, Betriebsanweisungen, R+I-Fließbildern, Rohrklassen und Systemkennzeichnungen.
• Unterstützung bei Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Erstellung von Risikoanalysen und Aufarbeitung alter Dokumente.
• Systematische Erfassung technischer Daten, Verknüpfung von R+I-Schemata mit dem Revisionsregister.
• Verwaltung des Audit-Registers, Verantwortlichkeiten zuweisen, Compliance-Audits durchführen.
• Vorbereitung/Überwachung von Inspektionsklassifikationen für Behälter, Anlagenteile und Pipelines.

Omnisal is a company of FB HOLDING – the largest processor of yellow phosphorus in Europe. At the Wittenberg-Piesteritz site, we produce essential ingredients and functional compounds for food, pharmaceutical and other demanding technical applications. Your responsibilities

• Maintenance and structuring of drawings, reports, operating instructions, R+ I flow charts, pipe classes and system labelling
• Support in compliance with applicable guidelines, preparation of risk assessments and processing of old documents for current projects
• Systematic collection of technical data, linking of R+ I schemes with the revision register and provision of data
• Management of the audit register, ensuring completeness, assigning responsibilities and carrying out compliance audits
• Preparation and monitoring of classifications for periodic inspections of containers, plant components and pipelines
• Monitoring compliance with plant safety and defined occupational safety measures. Organisation of necessary tests for the safe operation of the systems
• Support in the planning, organisation, implementation and documentation of investments, operational tests and optimisation proposals
• Participation in the preparation of permit applications, change notifications and safety analyses in close coordination with the Head of Technology
• Preparation and initial processing of internal approval processes for procurement as well as organisation of personnel training
• Participation in budget preparation, monitoring of costs and optimisation of downtimes and maintenance processes
• Direct reporting to the Head of Technology
• Immediate notification of emerging problems or deviations
• Active improvement of maintenance management and continuous reduction of bureaucracy

Your profile

• Completed training as a technician or technical vocational training with a comparable qualification with a sound technical understanding
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a company in the chemical industry
• At least very good knowledge of German (C1) and good English (B2) as well as safe use of PC and office applications
• Organisational, communicative; the ability to efficiently moderate interfaces between technology, operations and external partners
• Structured, extremely careful and proactive way of working, especially when monitoring appointments and inspection deadlines
