Empira Group in Germany seeks an experienced project manager to independently lead complex refurbishment and renovation projects across all phases, coordinating external planners, architects, surveyors, and construction companies with a focus on sustainable and energy-efficient asset reorientation.

You will draw up and monitor project schedules and cost plans, conduct tendering, negotiate contracts, and perform technical due diligence on properties.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or building services engineering.
• Several years’ experience managing complex conversion and large-scale refurbishment projects.
• In-depth knowledge of VOB, HOAI and relevant standards.
• Experience in cost and project control.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high personal responsibility.

Your profile

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in managing complex conversion and large-scale refurbishment projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction contract law (VOB), HOAI and relevant technical standards
• Experience in cost and project control
• Confidence in negotiations and strong communication skills
• A high degree of personal responsibility, strong decision‑making skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
