Resourcing Specialist - Focusing on permanent opportunities revolving around Microsoft Technologies

Cognitive Group are seeking skilled Solution Architect (or a Lead Developer) for various clients in Germany. These include Consultancies and end users.

Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Must be based in Germany, and can communicate to at least a B2 level of German

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 (up to €80,000 for a Lead Developer) Base Salary plus circa 10% bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead architecture and design sessions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles, from planning to post-deployment support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
• Understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and enterprise solution patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German (minimum B2)
