Nordex SE is seeking an experienced Technical Accounting Manager to ensure high-quality, IFRS-based financial reporting across the Group. You will advise on complex accounting issues, support international stakeholders, and drive accounting policy development and governance improvements.

You will collaborate with auditors and finance teams to enhance processes, disclosures, and training while aligning with evolving IFRS standards and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ideally complemented by a recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant.
• Several years of experience in Technical Accounting, Group Reporting, Audit, or Accounting Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to translate complex accounting requirements into practical business solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve complex accounting issues independently.
• Strong understanding of the connection between accounting decisions, financial reporting, and business performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with international stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English skills; German is considered an advantage.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Group-wide accounting policies to ensure consistent application across all entities.
• Support the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, disclosures, and technical accounting documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting, accounting policies, and financial processes.
• Serve as a key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders on technical accounting and reporting topics.
• Design and deliver accounting and IFRS-related training programs to strengthen technical expertise across finance teams.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, reporting enhancements, and governance projects.
