Zusammenfassung

Nordex Group is seeking a proactive P&C Systems Support student to contribute to the operation and continuous improvement of global HR systems. You will help ensure data quality, support employees worldwide, and enhance user experience across the HR technology landscape.

You will collaborate in an international environment, handling tickets and providing guidance on SuccessFactors and UKG DMS. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options within a multinational team.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to gradually build expertise in Nordex's P&C systems.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or UKG Document Management is an advantage (administrative and technical).
• Willingness to support employees around the world through ticketing systems and inquiries.
• Ability to independently review documentation and instructions related to operational topics.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
• Analytical mindset and affinity for IT systems, data, and technical topics.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused personality.
• Familiarity with basic Excel functions for data analysis and data maintenance (e.g., filtering, lookups, formulas, formatting).
