- You start your day with a quick team meeting to align on priorities and make sure everyone’s on track.
- No cold calling here – your team works exclusively with qualified leads delivered directly by marketing.
- Together with your team, you inspire potential customers and guide them through a structured sales process.
- You keep a close eye on your team’s performance using dashboards and KPIs, making sure targets are met.
- You support your team’s growth through regular 1:1 coaching sessions, where you talk through challenges and celebrate wins. The goal: unlock each person’s strengths and move the whole team forward.
- Your team works with customers around the globe. You personally step in for key deals and help manage and grow strategic accounts.
- We’re growing fast. In close coordination with the CEO, you regularly hire new sales talent and continuously optimize our sales processes.

- You know B2B sales inside and out – ideally in the software or capital goods space.
