Teamlead Python (m / f / d)

Your tasks

• You take over the organizational leadership of a Python development team (9 people) as a dual lead with our Techlead
• Your tasks include the continuous improvement of development processes, e.g. by analyzing and optimizing the existing Jira setup
• In close coordination with product management and DevOps, you will drive the implementation of innovative features
• You actively contribute to the technical architecture and strategic development of our platform
• You are not only a manager, but also a developer : you can spend 60-70% of your time actively involved in development

Your profile

• Several years of experience in professional Python development, ideally with Django
• Very good understanding of modern software architectures, Docker containers, CI / CD processes and testing strategies
• You have already led a development team or gained experience in a similar role
• Know-how in the area of SaaS products or scalable web portals is a big plus
• You enjoy defining and establishing development processes and leading corresponding coordination meetings
• German at B2 level or higher and a good command of written and spoken English
