Bystronic invites a leadership-minded professional to head our global Order Administration team. You will manage end-to-end order processing, ensure timely, high-quality Order-to-Cash cycles, and work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Logistics to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a degree in business or a related field, 4–6 years in order management, and strong German and English communication. Hybrid work and international collaboration await.

Your impact

• You lead and develop our global Order Administration team, ensuring efficient and customer-focused order processing together with your team.
• You are responsible for the entire Order-to-Cash process, ensuring that customer orders are processed on time, to a high standard of quality, and in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines.
• Acting as a key interface, you work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing across all functions.
• You analyze challenges in day-to-day operations, develop sustainable solutions, and drive the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and systems.
• You support the business with meaningful KPIs, relevant analyses, and high data quality, making an important contribution to the company’s success.

Your background and experience

• You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable commercial qualification.
• You have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable operational environment, ideally within an international industrial company.
• You have solid knowledge of order processing, the Order-to-Cash process, and ERP systems, and you have already gained initial leadership experience.
