Bystronic Laser AG is seeking a seasoned Order Management leader to head the Global Order Administration team. You will drive the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate orders while collaborating with Sales, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain across international operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in order management, strong ERP knowledge, and proven leadership. The position offers a hybrid work model, with remote options within Germany and EU-wide flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or similar operational environment.
• Solid knowledge of order processing, the Order-to-Cash process, and ERP systems; initial leadership experience gained.

• Lead and develop the global Order Administration team ensuring efficient, customer-focused order processing.
• Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash process to ensure timely, high-quality orders in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics to enable seamless cross-functional order processing.
• Provide meaningful KPIs and analyses to support business decisions and improve processes.
