Sie fördern moderne Frontend-Entwicklung, Automatisierung, CI/CD, Komponenten-Wiederverwendung und Frontend-Performance. Führungsverantwortung für ein Frontend-Team, Talententwicklung und Recruiting-Unterstützung.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Fokus Frontend.
• Führungserfahrung in technischen Teams und Entwicklung von Engineers.
• Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen und verteilte Systeme.

Aufgaben

• Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Frontend-Architektur innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs.
• Treffen strategischer Technologieentscheidungen für Frontend-Anwendungen und deren Integration mit Backend-for-Frontend (BFF).
• Etablierung von Engineering-Standards, Guidelines, Testing-Strategien und Qualitätsstandards.
• Förderung von Komponenten-Wiederverwendung, Design-System-Entwicklung, Barrierefreiheit und Frontend-Performance.
• Unterstützung von Modernisierung, Automatisierung und CI/CD-Prozessen.
• Planung und Steuerung technischer Deliverables in Abstimmung mit Produktzielen.
• Unterstützung beim Wachstum und der Entwicklung von Frontend-Ingenieurinnen und -Ingenieuren, Rekrutierung.

What you can expect

• You define and drive the frontend architecture within your area of responsibility.
• You make strategic technology decisions for frontend applications and their integration with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions.
• You establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, testing strategies, and quality standards.
• You drive component reuse, the evolution of our design system, accessibility, and frontend performance.
• You promote modern frontend engineering practices as well as automation and CI/CD processes.
• You plan and steer the technical delivery of initiatives while aligning technical roadmaps with product goals.
• You support the growth and development of frontend engineers, foster technical talent, and contribute to recruitment activities.
• You collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Architecture.
