DKV Mobility seeks a Head of Digital Product Platform to define vision, strategy, and priorities for the digital product platform. You will align customer, business, and technology goals, drive scalable platform capabilities, and lead cross-functional Product Managers to deliver measurable value.

You will foster a customer-centric, ownership-driven culture, build strong Product Trio teams with Engineering and Design, and manage platform investments based on value and impact.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS, platform, or digital business with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering measurable customer and business outcomes and platform strategies.
• Strong in Continuous Discovery, Experimentation, Product Analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience building and coaching empowered Product Teams and growing Product Managers.
• Fosters Product Leadership capabilities and high team performance.
• Balances customer value, business impact, and long-term platform investments with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align teams around a shared vision.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.

• You have built and coached empowered Product Teams and helped Product Managers grow and succeed.
• You foster strong Product Leadership capabilities and create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong business acumen to balance customer value, business impact, and long-term platform investments.
• You excel at communication and stakeholder management and can align teams and leaders around a shared vision.
