TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH seeks a senior leader to guide a team of QHSE scheme managers within the global Customised Solutions area. You will ensure consistent quality, drive risk management, and coordinate across regions to achieve synergy in scheme management.

You will embed quality controls into the IT platform, lead audits and reviews, and contribute to strategy, processes, and tools development in an international context.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of international QHSE audit standards and schemes; international regulatory requirements
• Experience with accreditation procedures and auditor competency requirements
• Proven leadership in international, intercultural teams
• Business-fluent English; German language skills are advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership to the team of scheme managers and oversee disciplinary reports
• Coordinate with the global practice head to harmonize processes and information exchange
• Embed quality assurance into the IT platform to enforce rules and monitor compliance
• Plan and coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and trainings, driving concrete improvements
• Support issue resolution from complaints or external audits and contribute to strategy development

The focus of the position is on leading a team of scheme managers within the internationally active business field A.04 „Customised Solutions” of the “People and Business Assurance” division. In this team scheme managers of QHSE audit schemes have been grouped together. The aim is to ensure a consistent quality level of scheme management across all regions, systematic risk management and to achieve synergy effects between the management of the various schemes.

Activities & Responsibilities

• In this position, you provide technical leadership to all team members and take on the disciplinary management of your direct reports.
• You act as the primary interface with the global practice head, ensuring effective information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization across the team.
• A key part of your role is to embed quality assurance measures into the internal IT platform so that rules can be permanently enforced and continuously monitored.
• You plan and coordinate internal audits, management reviews and overlapping trainings, making sure that results and learnings are translated into concrete improvements.
• When issues arise – for example complaints, investigations or findings from external audits – you support structured problem solving and contribute analyses and inputs to the ongoing development of strategy, processes and tools.

Experience & Further Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of international QHSE audit standards and schemes as well as applicable regulatory requirements at international level
• Solid understanding of accreditation and recognition procedures and requirements, including auditor competency requirements, plus practical experience in the QHSE auditing business
• Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and experience in international business environments
• Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are considered an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
