Job summary

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG in Germany seeks an experienced production team lead to manage QA and work preparation. You will coordinate tasks, ensure production readiness, and review orders, artwork, specs, and materials before release.

The role emphasizes quality, compliance and effective documentation. Responsibilities include driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement, handing over jobs to production, liaising with planning, implementing 5S shop-floor improvements, and preparing SAP

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or degree in printing, quality, production or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant production experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of quality management and work preparation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%.

Responsibilities
