• Familiarity with system engineering standards, MBSE concepts or requirements management tools.
• Experience in UAV, aerospace, defense, robotics, or autonomous systems preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into scalable, high-volume solutions.
• Fluency in English.

As a Team Lead Systems Engineering, you will lead the definition, integration, and evolution of our Skyron interceptor platforms and broader C-UAS solutions. You will translate operational needs into system requirements and ensure that complex multidisciplinary developments come together as one mission-ready product.

Together with a highly skilled engineering team, you will drive technical alignment across hardware, software, autonomy, communications, navigation, and flight-test activities.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead and develop the Systems Engineering team for C-UAS programs.

• Own system architecture, requirements engineering, and technical baseline management.

• Define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, operational concepts, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate engineering activities across software, hardware, autonomy, and integration teams.

• Drive trade-off analyses and support critical design decisions.

• Ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle from concept to release.

• Support verification, validation, certification, and qualification activities.

• Build scalable systems engineering processes and best practices within the organization to ensure flawless transition from prototype stage into mass production

What you bring to the team:

• You have a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline.

• You have significant experience in systems engineering for complex technical products.

• You have experience with requirements management, system integration, and product development processes.

• You have already led engineers or technical projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

• You are familiar with system engineering standards, MBSE concepts, or requirements management tools.

• Ideally, you have experience in UAV, aerospace, defense, robotics, or autonomous systems.

• You excel at translating complex technical challenges into structured solutions that are scalable for high volume products.

• Communicating in English is second nature to you.
