Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Application Management.
• Proven track record leading SAP teams or large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM, HR).
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, ABAP and Adobe Forms.
• German (C1) proficiency required.

• Drive implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.
• Lead global Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes.

• Play a key role in a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Develop KPIs, reporting structures, and service management processes.
• Define governance, security, and authorization concepts.
• Mentor and develop SAP team members.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

We're currently hiring a Team Lead SAP Application Management for a full-time, permanent position with our client, a global manufacturing leader undergoing a major international SAP S/4HANA transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to join the IT Leadership Team, lead international SAP operations, and play a key role in shaping the future SAP strategy of a growing global organization.

International travel as required

• Lead SAP Application Management teams across Germany and international locations
• Manage SAP Basis teams, key users, and external service partners
