MANN+HUMMEL is seeking an experienced Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead international rollout projects across multiple locations and functions, taking ownership of complex transformations and delivering scalable SAP solutions.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders in a global context, applying SAP Activate and CALM, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the global template while supporting local requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5–10 years of professional ERP and project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering at least two end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects.
• Experience with full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on SAP Activate Methodology experience.
• Experience leading international teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Structured and transparent governance and communication.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions. In this role, you will take ownership of complex transformation initiatives, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized SAP solutions that drive long-term business value. You will be part of an international environment where collaboration, accountability, and practical problem‑solving are valued as highly as technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from project initiation through go‑live and stabilization.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Drive project delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure alignment with the global template and Fit‑to‑Template approach while supporting local business requirements.
• Build strong relationships across teams, functions, and regions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience:
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in ERP and project management environments.
  • Successfully delivered at least two end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as the responsible Project Manager.
  • Proven experience across the full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment, from project initiation through go‑live and stabilization.
• Expertise:
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
  • Strong background in ERP programs covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
  • Solid understanding of both the technical and organizational aspects of ERP transformation projects.
  • Experience leading international teams and working with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to manage complex international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions.
  • Structured and transparent approach to project governance and communication.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.
• Personality:

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
