TechMinds GmbH in Berlin sucht eine/n Product Owner Pricing & AI, der/die die disziplinarische Verantwortung für zwei Teams übernimmt und die Pricing-Strategie der Fashion Business Unit treibt. Sie arbeiten eng mit Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing und Finance zusammen und gestalten die Roadmaps für Pricing- und AI-Produkte.

Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in Pricing, Revenue Management und Data Analytics mit, führen Stakeholdern, arbeiten datengetrieben und kommunizieren sicher auf

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Pricing, Revenue Management oder E-Commerce.
• Führungs- und Stakeholder-Kompetenz mit Team- und Projektverantwortung.
• Analytisches Denken, datenbasierte Entscheidungen mit KPI-Systemen.
• Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering/Data-Teams; ML/AI-Grundlagen.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Sortiment- oder Kategorie-Management.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für zwei Mitarbeitende und fachliche Führung von zwei 5-köpfigen Teams (Pricing und AI Engineering).
• Verantwortung für Pricing-Strategie der Fashion Business Unit und Revenue-, Margin-, Sell-Through- sowie Inventar-Qualität.
• Steuerung der Marktpreispositionierung, Optimierung der Einkaufspreise und des Beschaffungsmixes.
• Priorisierung der Roadmaps für Pricing- und AI-Produktportfolios (Pricing Engine, Dynamic Pricing, Marketplace Pricing, AI Pricing, Image Recognition).
• Datengetriebene Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren und Maßnahmen ableiten; messbare Ergebnisse sicherstellen.
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technologie, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing und Finance.

Your Tasks

• You take on disciplinary responsibility for two employees and, as Product Owner, provide functional leadership for two five-person teams (Pricing and AI Engineering), including coaching and development
• You own the pricing strategy of the Fashion Business Unit and manage the development of revenue, margin, sell-through and inventory quality
• You steer market price positioning, optimise purchase prices and purchasing mix, and assess the profitability of pricing experiments
• You prioritise the roadmaps for the pricing and AI product portfolio (incl. Pricing Engine, Dynamic Pricing, Marketplace Pricing, AI Pricing, Image Recognition) consistently by business impact
• You identify optimisation potential based on data, derive concrete measures and ensure that pricing and AI initiatives deliver measurable results in terms of revenue, profitability and efficiency
• You act as the central interface between business and technology, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Finance

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in pricing, revenue management, data analytics or e-commerce
• You have (functional) leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
• You think analytically, work confidently with data and KPI systems and make well-founded, data-based decisions
• You have already worked closely with engineering and data teams and have a good understanding of machine learning and AI applications
• Ideally, you bring experience in assortment or category management
• You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility and are characterised by a strong ownership mindset
• You communicate confidently in German and English
