Das flexible Arbeitsmodell sieht zwei Tage Büro und drei Tage Homeoffice vor. Sie leiten ein erfahrenes Team, entwickeln datengetriebene Lösungen weiter und beraten Kunden zum Mehrwert datenbasierter Analysen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder Statistik bzw. einem vergleichbaren Fach.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
• Führungserfahrung oder als Senior Data Analyst in analytics-teams.

Aufgaben

• Technische und operative Verantwortung für das Analytics Team ab dem ersten Tag.
• Priorisierung von Aufgaben, Ressourcensteuerung und Sicherstellung von Qualität, Methoden und Terminen.
• Analyse großer Datensätze, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Ableitung von Insights.
• Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung KI-gestützter Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
• Ableitung robuster Analysen und konkreter Empfehlungen aus komplexen Datensätzen.
• Präsentation der Ergebnisse klar und zielgruppengerecht auf Kunden- und Managementebene.
• Strategische Beratung von Kunden zum geschäftlichen Mehrwert datenbasierter Analysen.

Your tasks as Team Lead - Data Analytics (m/f/d)

In this role, you will take technical responsibility for the Analytics Team from day one while also working operationally on demanding analysis and customer topics. The working model is intentionally designed to be flexible: Two days in the office and three days in the home office are an integral part of the collaboration.

• Technical and operational responsibility for the Analytics Team while simultaneously contributing operationally to data-driven customer and product solutions
• Prioritization of tasks, steering of resources, and ensuring quality, methodology, and deadlines
• Analysis of large data sets, ensuring data quality, and gaining analytical insights
• Identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency and quality in the analytics area
• Derivation of resilient analyses and concrete recommendations from complex data sets
• Presentation of results in a clear, structured, and target-audience-oriented manner at the customer and management level
• Strategic consulting of customers on the business added value of data-based analyses

Your profile as Team Lead - Business Analytics (m/f/d)

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of profound experience in the field of Data Analytics / Business Analytics
• Experience in technical and/or disciplinary leadership of analytics teams or Senior Data Analysts
• Very high analytical level as well as methodological certainty in handling complex data sets
• Confident use of common analysis, database, and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• Confident, professional appearance in customer contact as well as a goal-oriented, diligent, and independent way of working
