Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership of the IT team: ensuring effective collaboration, supporting team development, and taking responsibility for implementing IT projects and goals.
• Administration and continuous improvement of a largely heterogeneous Windows environment.
• Active participation in IT‑related projects.
• Ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and application software.
• Management of the backup solution.
• Providing technical support and assistance to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and empathy: ability to motivate an IT team, set clear goals, and foster a positive work environment through open communication and solution‑oriented action.
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office, and other software.
• Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware ESXi, SAN storage, Veeam Backup), networking and routing (firewall, NAT, VLAN, routing, VPN, VoIP), and relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL).
• Goal‑oriented and high‑quality approach to work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
