Your Mission

You lead the IT Infrastructure and Platforms Team, set the direction for the cloud,on-premise, and hybrid environments while aligningthe strategy with business objectives.

You oversee the evolution of the EOS Azure Platform and drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring both robust service management controls, and continuous improvements in Azure Landing Zones.

You lead the design and implementation of backup environments (Azure Backup / Veeam) and establish effective disaster recovery strategies.

Your responsibilities also include adhering to IT security frameworksand other regulatory requirements (e.g.ISO27001, ITILv4, GDPR), andembeddinggovernance best practices across infrastructure services.

In your role as Team Lead, you build and mentor a high-performing Infrastructure team, provide hands‑on technical guidance and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

By closelycollaborating with Cyber Security, Digital Workplace, and Business Applications colleagues you enable seamless cloud adoption and ensure operational resilience.

You oversee critical infrastructure operations, troubleshoot high-priority issues, optimize performance, and proactively addressrisks.

By managing relationships with cloud service providers, hardware vendors, and third‑party partners, you ensure cost‑effective and future‑proof solutions.

Your Talents

A degree or completed training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician) or similar

Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, including a proven track record in public cloud solutions implementation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Expertise in IaC using PowerShell for automating deployments, as well as DevOps prowess, including deployment of CI / CD tools such as Git, GitLab / GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps

Leadership and mentoring experience

Proficiency with Windows environments and deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

Knowledge in identity management and access control, including Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD

Hands‑on experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Salt

Fluent in English and good German language skills
