Job summary

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) seeks a Team Lead Human Resources to guide a team of HR professionals and drive end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant administration and data accuracy.

You will develop HR strategies, improve systems, support managers and employees, oversee recruitment and payroll with an external provider, and align HR initiatives with business goals in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a dynamic or growing organization
• Proven experience in leading and developing an HR team
• Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable HR solutions
• Experience with the employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations and payroll
• Good knowledge of German labor law and HR processes
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to take on responsibility in a dynamic start-up environment
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• German language skills at C1 level and English at least at B2 level

As an Team Lead Human Resources at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you will lead a team of HR professionals and oversee the effective execution of operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
